MALDON assigns each request carefully and thoughtfully to an interpreter that will best fit the need. Interpreters are certified and/or highly qualified for each assignment.

 

To request an interpreter, please complete the schedule interpreter form as quickly as possible. Someone from our office will contact you ASAP.

MALDON POLICIES:

​

1) Each assignment is billed with, at least, a two-hour minimum

​

2) Each assignmnet longer than 1.5 hours will be assigned two interpreters 

​

3) Each assignment requiring special attention due to the nature of the assignment (level of difficulty, multiple speakers, "high profile", etc.) will be assigned, at least, two interpreters. In rare occasions, some assignments might be assigned even more interpreters

​

4) Each assignment is able to be cancelled 48 hours prior to the start of the assignment, otherwise the assignment is billable at the full price

MALDON proudly employs the services of expert interpreters (or aka Certified Deaf Interpreters). If you have a need to communicate with someone who is a minimally proficient language user, consider requesting one of our expert Deaf interpreters.
